Hi Friends, my share today is created with the Close To My
Heart (CTMH) Hello Thinlit (Z3259)
and the October Featured Paper Pack.
I had a bunch of the new CTMH Thinlits sitting out by the
Big Shot and decided it would be fun to create a card with just them – no
stamping!. Simple and sweet. I did pop up the word on foam.
The background is done with a Swan Lake PML card, over a
blue patterned paper from the pack. I used the Magnetic Base Plate with
my Big Shot which made this card super easy and quick. The Magnetic
Base Plate is a “must have” if you die cut with a Cuttlebug, Big Shot or
other crank machine. It will save you so much time and give you perfect
cuts.

The featured
Paper Pack for October 2016 is Swan Lake.
This paper pack
can be found on page 16 of the Holiday Expressions. The colors are
vibrant and the papers coordinate with all of our new cardstock colors
and fundamental paper packs. I just know you will love these papers.

I'm going to start having a monthly challenge using
particular ink colors, papers and a sketch. I am using the CTMH
"Wishes" book. This is a
6x6 card. easily made with 12x12 paper. Paper, colors and embellishments
are your choice. This month's card challenge sketch is:

In the future, we will use a particular color palette and
another sketch or not... Once you have completed the card challenge, if
you could email a photo to me as well as upload a photo of your card to
my Shelly's CTMH Facebook page, I would appreciate
it. Also, bring your finished card to a crop so that we can share your
creation! I would like to share them on my blog - if I have your
permission!

CROP - November 17th

ERHS Choir Boosters - November 19th, 8 am
to 1 pm - I will be participating in thie Vendor event to support the
Clermont H.S Choir. I would invite you all to come out and see what it's
all about, but I know Clermont is quite a drive for most of us!!

CROP - November 26th

CROP - December 17th (Christmas
Celebration!!) (gives us a
chance to finish up last minute Christmas projects). We will have a small
Christmas celebration to honor the birth of our Lord. If you can make it,
I would really appreciate and RSVP to this event/crop. I
will have special food, snacks and drinks. I also thought it would be fun
to each bring a small gift ($5 or so) for a gift exchange. I would like
to suggest that it be something to do with crafting. Of course, you do NOT
have to participate - this is strictly volunteer. Let's make it
MERRY!!
